As the Chief People Officer, you will be the architect of our agency’s culture and the primary driver of our talent strategy. In a high-growth marketing environment, our "product" is the creativity and expertise of our people. You will ensure that we are not just hiring the best in the industry, but building an ecosystem where they can thrive, innovate, and deliver world-class work for our clients.
You will sit on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, balancing high-level organizational design with the human-centric needs of a creative workforce.

About Argon Agency
In the ashes of 2020, a team of creatives came together and noticed a void in the digital marketing realm. A black hole, if you will. Traditional digital marketing was a series of smoke screens, empty promises, one size fits all cookie cutter campaigns, and charts and graphs that look pretty, but don’t actually mean much. There had to be a better way. There had to be a way to provide clear, customized marketing campaigns that provided results, not just pretty charts and vague answers as to where a budget went. From that realization was born Argon Agency.
