We are seeking two Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM) to join our growing team in providing full-scope midwifery services in both clinic and birth settings. The ideal candidate is passionate about women’s health, confident in autonomous practice, and dedicated to supporting natural, patient-centered birth experiences.
Our ideal candidates are passionate about client-centered care and experienced in the art and practice of home birth midwifery. We offer a beautiful, fully equipped center for prenatal and postpartum visits, including dedicated NST and IV therapy rooms, and a spacious classroom for women’s circles, childbirth education, or movement classes.
Schedule & Workload

Clinic: 2–3 clinic days per week, 3 weeks per month

Call Rotation:
- 1 week of 1st call (primary birth coverage)
- 1 week of 2nd call (backup)
- 1 week of 3rd call (limited coverage)
- 1 week off each month for rest and personal time
This balanced schedule allows for meaningful patient relationships while maintaining a healthy work-life rhythm.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, full-scope midwifery care including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and well-woman services.
- Manage labor and birth in collaboration with other midwives and physicians when appropriate.
- Offer family planning and contraceptive counseling.
- Educate patients on reproductive health, wellness, and holistic care practices.
- Participate in rotational call coverage as outlined above.
- Document all patient encounters accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- Active RN and CNM licensure in the state of Florida.

AMCB certification (or eligibility).

BLS and NRP certification required.
- Prior midwifery experience preferred, but new graduates with strong birth experience are welcome to apply.
